Finance Project Management & Financial Systems Analyst Intern (AI)

Salary: $20.00–$40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support Finance transformation projects through planning, tracking, documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze Finance operations and business processes to identify improvements in efficiency, quality, controls, and user experience.
• Document business requirements, scope definitions, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support financial systems enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, validation, issue tracking, and user adoption activities.
• Contribute to automation, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Internal Controls, IT, and Digital Transformation teams while researching AI and emerging automation solutions.

Requirements

• Be at least a sophomore and actively pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field during the internship.
• Maintain an overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• English fluency required for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Strong planning, organizational, written, verbal communication, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience from work, school projects, or competitions.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar tools.
• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, or use cases.
• Understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, or Internal Controls.
