Senior Product Manager (Fraud Risk Platforms)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $136,000–$170,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Own the outcome-based roadmap for risk case decisioning across AI-assisted review, automation, self-service, and case management.
• Partner with Risk Operations to analyze case volumes, handling time, and agent workflows to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Define resolution paths, case lifecycles, routing, prioritization, queues, closure criteria, and evidence requirements.
• Lead discovery and delivery with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Controls & Compliance, and other cross-functional partners.
• Define success metrics and evaluate automation rates, workload reduction, self-service containment, AI review quality, decision quality, and operational cost.
• Build auditability into automated and AI-assisted decisions, including rationale and evidence for anti-money laundering and Responsible Gaming standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training, with at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in fraud, risk, trust and safety, or large-scale operations automation.
• Experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, and other business teams to create scalable solutions.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States; a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with internal tools, customer-facing platforms, artificial intelligence, automation, risk operations, or foundational technology platforms.
• Experience in gaming, fintech, payments, insurance, or another regulated industry.
