Product Manager (Casino)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $94,000–$129,250 USD annually, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Inform, shape, and drive execution of Casino product initiatives.
• Build domain expertise across the product, market, customers, and competitors.
• Assess opportunities and contribute to ideation and prioritization of new initiatives and products.
• Align organizational stakeholders and collaborate with engineering, product owners, marketing, and operations on product deliveries and launches.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.
• Track product performance, analyze incidents, and champion Canadian customer preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role.
• Track record of delivering successful and innovative products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while balancing scope, resources, timelines, and quality.
• Strong ownership, accountability, quantitative, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
