Tech IV, MNF Primary Packaging (Medical Devices)

Location: Hayward, California, United States; onsite manufacturing role with shift, weekend, and holiday work required.

Salary: $66,000–$88,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Perform and lead local manufacturing operations for primary packaging.
• Set up and operate production equipment and troubleshoot complex equipment issues and process alarms.
• Assist the supervisor with organizing, scheduling, directing, and training manufacturing team members.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and support cycle counts and variance investigations.
• Review, create, reconcile, and revise production documentation in accordance with GDP and GMP guidelines.
• Coordinate with functional groups to schedule preventative maintenance and complete work orders.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication and understanding of cGMP regulations.
• Ability to work with metric and U.S. measurement standards, read detailed instructions, and communicate production metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical device equipment and chemical and biological safety procedures.
• Must work in a clean room or classified environment while wearing required garments and personal protective equipment.
