CyberArk Engineer -OT / Critical Infrastructure (Contract)

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot CyberArk PAM components, including Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Disaster Recovery Vaults.
• Configure Safes, onboard platforms, rotate credentials, and manage reconciliation accounts across OT and enterprise environments.
• Onboard privileged accounts for Windows Server, RHEL/Linux, service accounts, SSH keys, scheduled tasks, application pools, and databases.
• Plan and execute failover, backup and restore, and disaster recovery testing for critical systems.
• Implement privileged access controls aligned with NERC CIP requirements and client change management processes.
• Collaborate with OT, infrastructure, security, and compliance stakeholders; create technical documentation, runbooks, compliance evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering and Privileged Access Management experience.
• Experience deploying and configuring Digital Vault, CPM, PVWA, and Disaster Recovery Vaults, including failover and restore testing.
• Experience in OT, regulated utility, critical infrastructure, or air-gapped environments.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP controls, change management, resilience requirements, Active Directory, LDAP, network segmentation, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience managing privileged accounts across Windows Server, RHEL/Linux, SSH keys, service accounts, scheduled tasks, application pools, and databases.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and independent collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CyberArk certifications such as CDE – PAM, Sentry PAM, or Defender PAM.
• OT security certification such as GICSP or experience with ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience with PSM/PSMP, MFA, SIEM, ITSM integrations, PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Previous consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
