Inside Domain Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Miami, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; and Boston, Massachusetts.

Salary: $135,200–$185,900 per year, with potential commission, restricted stock units, and bonus.

What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales support and serve as the primary technical resource for the commercial sales organization.
• Manage technology evaluations, customer proof-of-concepts, product demonstrations, and technical value presentations.
• Develop technical relationships with prospective and existing customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Respond to functional and technical RFIs and RFPs and document customer requests and issues in the CRM.
• Communicate customer requirements to Product Management and support seminars, trade shows, and partner activities.
• Develop training content and mentor other system engineers when appropriate.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software presales or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering and operating Windows and Active Directory environments.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, LDAP directories, and LDAP authentication methods.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, leadership, and consensus-building skills.
• Understanding of security concepts, identity management, policy management, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or comparable enterprise, security, systems, identity, IAM, or SIEM solutions.
• Enterprise application authentication experience with .NET, Java, or CLI.
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Security certifications such as Security+, CEH, or CISSP.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions.
