What you will do

• Prepare and review business plans, forecasts, and budgets using ALM modeling and related tools.
• Analyze liquidity, profitability, net economic value, and net interest income for management and the ALCO Committee.
• Maintain Financial Performance systems in line with prescribed methods and regulatory requirements.
• Perform liquidity forecasting, reporting, stress testing, and ad hoc analysis.
• Develop reports from multiple systems to support management decision-making.
• Lead secondary market analysis, including mortgage pricing, rate locks, loan sales, investor deliveries, staff training, and operating system configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in bank accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in a secondary market or financial analyst role.
• Ability to work with ALM models, financial reporting, liquidity analysis, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA certification.
