TikTok Shop Growth Strategist (TikTok Shop)

What you will do

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate and social ambassador strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage affiliate outreach, onboarding, messaging systems, and Discord communities.
• Set up and continuously optimize social commerce shops across TikTok and Meta.
• Track GMV, response rates, program growth, profitability, forecasts, and campaign performance.
• Communicate with clients by providing performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Monitor platform trends and use AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to improve business processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media experience; agency experience is preferred.
• Advanced spoken and written English is required.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and its affiliate management system.
• Experience with affiliate or ambassador programs, social commerce, and setting up and optimizing shops on TikTok or Meta.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns focused on conversions, click-through rates, ROI, and other performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, client communication, autonomous workflow, and multi-client strategy management skills.
