Location: El Segundo, California, United States; in-office Monday–Thursday and work from home on Fridays

Salary: $71,000–$82,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage multiple product development projects from concept through production while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
• Develop, maintain, and drive schedules for worldwide products and coordinate with overseas development, tooling, and manufacturing partners.
• Troubleshoot production-level samples, resolve defects, improve mechanisms, and support end-consumer quality.
• Review concept sketches and support products during preliminary design and engineering with external development sources.
• Develop cost estimates, perform financial and value analyses, and optimize materials, methods, processes, features, and product content against cost and margin objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Design, Packaging, Product Integrity, Marketing, Planning, Cost Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Lab, manufacturing plants, and offshore development sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, make quick decisions, and solve problems effectively.
• Comfort leading cross-functional teams and building relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with systems and data entry.
• Curiosity, continuous learning, and a growth mindset.
