System Administrator (Cloud)

What you will do

• Manage client systems data and provide day-to-day technical solutions.
• Maintain security compliance across platforms and services.
• Oversee assignment queues and prioritize support tickets with technicians.
• Identify complex issues and potential future problems across infrastructure platforms.
• Recommend modernization options and identify opportunities for improved client solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience with VMware ESX.
• Experience managing public and private cloud environments.
• Experience migrating on-premises infrastructure to cloud solutions.
• Customer focus, a growth mindset, and an inclusive approach to collaboration.

Nice to have

• Automation experience, especially infrastructure as code for IaaS.
• Vulnerability management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
