Country Finance Manager (Finance)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. The role may require up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Lead financial accounting and reporting activities supporting Corporate GOC and Country Finance Manager responsibilities.
• Coordinate actual-results reporting with World Headquarters and Corporate GOC finance leadership.
• Own the Trial Balance and coordinate Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and BS-75 reviews.
• Approve actuals submissions in BRAVO and maintain compliance with SOX control processes.
• Partner with PwC, GAA, and Compliance on audit requests and financial reporting compliance.
• Lead migration activities, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of finance or related business experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across multiple teams, influence decisions, and manage stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, implement process improvements, and manage multiple initiatives.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CPA, or CMA.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Lynx, CFIN, AFO, and BRAVO.
