What you will do

• Advise current and prospective high-net-worth clients on credit and cash management solutions.
• Introduce and sell banking products and services through internal and external client networks.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document complex credit and non-credit banking products.
• Manage and monitor a book of business to support client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Analyze, structure, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit risk, financial analysis, and banking products.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work from the Doylestown, Pennsylvania office.
