Senior Finance Analyst SFA CFM Corporate (MedTech)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; based in Bogotá with up to 10% travel

What you will do

• Coordinate financial close activities across organizational tiers and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements.
• Own trial balance, balance sheet, and capital flux commentary collection and reviews, including forecasting cycles for MAC MRC.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audit processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights for planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decisions.
• Partner with BUF, FP&A, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams on business initiatives, M&A activities, and strategic projects.
• Support SigniFi and other technology transformation initiatives while driving standardization, process improvement, and change management.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of finance or related business experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, CFIN, and AFO are preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and implement process improvements.
