Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Location: Remote-MO

Salary: $102,900–$190,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and operationalization of data pipelines for reports and advanced analytics.
• Design and implement standardized procedures for data staging, ingestion, preparation, provisioning, and destruction.
• Lead the design, development, testing, documentation, and operation of large-scale, high-volume data structures.
• Develop and maintain real-time processing applications and data pipelines.
• Improve data reliability, efficiency, quality, and automation across hirify.global’s environments.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps engineering on continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, business, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Advanced experience with data modeling, data manipulation, data mining, and data analysis strategy.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and experience with Databricks.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, communicate recommendations, and make sound technical decisions.
