What you will do

• Study customer training regulations and develop course training standards, instructional plans, course synopses, and basic and advanced specialty courses.
• Edit and update the master training plan and develop training aids for customer technicians.
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training covering maintenance manuals, safety directives, FOD procedures, and aircraft systems.
• Inspect electrical, avionics, instrument, flight control, and autopilot systems.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications while evaluating trainee performance.
• Verify aircraft condition, scheduled tasks, deferred items, parts, materials, documentation, and release-to-service records.

Requirements

• Professional experience in aircraft maintenance, electrical systems, avionics, or technical aviation training.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
• Ability to inspect aircraft electrical, avionics, instrument, flight control, and autopilot systems.
• Ability to conduct on-the-job training and evaluate customer technicians.
• Ability to comply with aviation, safety, quality, export control, and Airbus management system requirements.
