EH&S Supervisor (Power Transmission)

Location: Duba, Saudi Arabia; site-based work with travel to remote project areas

What you will do

• Implement the project EH&S plan and promote a total safety culture across the site.
• Manage safety and environmental controls for the 380kV substation, underground cable, and OHTL transmission line project.
• Review contractor HAZIDs, JSAs, safety programs, work practices, permits, and pre-task safety talks.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, safety training, safety dialogues, and formal PTW/JSA reviews.
• Monitor risk mitigation, safety equipment, Permit to Work, and LOTO implementation.
• Support emergency response, incident reporting, safety campaigns, and escalation of unforeseen site issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental studies, health and safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of EH&S experience on substation and OHTL transmission line projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, occupational health, and safety codes, standards, and regulations for power transmission and distribution projects.
• Excellent supervisory, communication, interpersonal, and incident investigation skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English, a KSA or international driving license, and the ability to work extended hours on site are required.
