What you will do

• Create clear, concise biographies for healthcare professionals using AI tools, templates, CVs, online profiles, PubMed, and ClinicalTrials.gov.
• Review existing biographies, verify information against current sources, and update content where needed.
• Translate complex medical and clinical information into accurate professional messaging.
• Submit biographies to the copyedit team, incorporate feedback, and finalize approved copy.
• Coordinate with project leads and creative teams while communicating progress and resolving challenges.
• Save final biographies, notify the team of completion, and track hours and output in Workfront for up to 300+ biographies.

Requirements

• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to simplify complex medical concepts for professional audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Workfront, Egnyte, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Slack, and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare writing.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare compliance, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
