Client Servicing Analyst (Investment Accounting)

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries across investment accounting, asset classes, financial markets, and reporting.
• Provide accurate information on financial statements and analytics reports.
• Complete operational activities including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and use internal reconciliation tools.
• Prioritize workflows according to productivity, quality, and issue-criticality metrics.
• Handle complex client queries, contribute to long-term projects, and coach junior staff.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, and interest income.
• Familiarity with accounting, compliance, risk, and performance reports.
• Intermediate knowledge of fixed income and equity investments; basic knowledge of alternative securities is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
