IMM Strategy & Ops Intern (Immunology)

Location: Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time hybrid internship from May 17 through August 6, 2027, with onsite work three days per week and remote work two days per week.

What you will do

• Support portfolio planning, budget planning, outsourcing strategy, and operational initiatives across Immunology.
• Gather, organize, and synthesize information from physicians, scientists, and operational partners.
• Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and portfolio data to identify trends and recommend next steps.
• Create presentations, dashboards, summaries, SharePoint content, and other materials for communication and decision-making.
• Apply data-management practices to improve information quality, traceability, and readiness for digital tools and systems.
• Prepare and present an abstract or poster at the Summer Intern Research Symposium while documenting decisions and following through on deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available full time for the entire internship period and work 40 hours per week.
• Must remain enrolled in good standing at an accredited college or university throughout the internship and must not graduate before or during the program.
• Undergraduate applicants must have completed at least four semesters; eligible graduate students may also apply.
• Degree focus in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, public health, nursing, pre-medicine, clinical pharmacology, translational research, computational biology, precision medicine, or a related field; minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills, plus working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization, coding, automation, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Leadership or participation in campus, community, or service organizations.
