OneBeat 2026 Content Producer (Dance)

Location: Remote

Pay: USD 210–315 per day

hirify.global, a Varsity Brands company, produces cheer, dance, band, yearbook, educational, competition, and event experiences for students and athletes.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, break down, and store video equipment for dance events.
• Oversee livestream and social wall operations during events.
• Manage media submitted by videographers and select standout photographer images for social publishing.
• Create original social media content using event photos and videos, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
• Shoot and edit event recap videos that meet OneBeat quality standards, revising edits when required.
• Support photographers and videographers as needed while maintaining OneBeat brand standards.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing experience is required.
• Working knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance.
• Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency, storytelling, pacing, color correction, sound design when applicable, and creative execution.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and work during live events.
