Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week on-site at 400 Burrard St.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies and channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Source, assess, and engage high-quality external talent across Western Canada and the Territories.
• Advise hiring managers using labour-market insights, interviewing methods, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Build relationships with business leaders, internal partners, and candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Translate workforce priorities into recruitment plans and adjust hiring approaches as business needs evolve.
• Use data, competitor activity, and pipeline metrics to improve hiring timelines and talent decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with recruiting, sourcing strategies, recruitment planning, and talent pipeline management.
• Strong communication, relationship management, business acumen, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide trusted advice to hiring managers and business partners.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
