Location: United States, with primary location in New York City and additional locations in Collegeville, PA; Cambridge, MA; Groton, CT; Lake Forest, IL; and La Jolla, CA. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Annual base salary: $230,900–$384,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Lead methodological reviews and policy analyses for inline and pipeline vaccine assets discussed by CDC ACIP, medical societies, and other vaccine policy forums.
- Develop policy strategies for data generation, medical plans, tactical plans, and long-term forecasting.
- Oversee U.S. GRADE analyses and Evidence to Recommendations frameworks.
- Serve as a primary contact for CDC, ACIP, Vaccine Integrity Project, and relevant medical societies.
- Coordinate cross-functional vaccine policy strategy workstreams, advisory boards, and external engagements.
- Support ACIP strategic plans, business development assessments, and valuation of new opportunities through systematic evidence reviews and policy scenario analysis.
Requirements
- MD required with at least four years of professional experience.
- Expertise in vaccines, immunization programs, vaccine policy development, GRADE, Evidence to Recommendations frameworks, CDC ACIP processes, systematic reviews, and evidence reviews.
- Established KOL network and knowledge of policy and environmental factors affecting immunization.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Ability to evaluate and present complex data to medical and non-medical audiences, with strong scientific writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
