Associate Director, Growth Analytics

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

Salary: $193,500–$213,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Growth and Finance teams to understand business strategy, products, goals, and critical business questions.
• Identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actions to improve results.
• Lead analyses of customer acquisition, funnel performance, retention, churn, pricing, and lifetime value.
• Build and maintain forecasts, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks for key business metrics.
• Support planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis.
• Present findings and translate complex data into strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries across structured and unstructured datasets.
• High proficiency with data visualization and data platforms including Looker and Amplitude.
• Experience building and maintaining data processes and a marketing analytics roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
