Project Controls Assistant (Recent Grad)

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, New York, Raleigh, or Lansdale, United States

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Monitor, control, and analyze performance data across complex construction projects.
• Attend client-focused and site construction meetings.
• Use project controls software to support a range of project controls activities.
• Set baseline targets, track progress, and recommend preventative and remedial actions.
• Forecast trends, identify and model baseline deviations, and assess the impact of project changes.
• Prepare project controls documentation and communicate timely insights to support project decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in project controls within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to interpreting technical information.
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and interest in supporting clients on complex construction projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Boston, New York, Raleigh, or Lansdale, United States.
