Senior Fullstack Engineer

Location: United States; San Francisco. Salary and office requirements vary by location.

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and scope. Equity included for full-time employees.

What you will do

• Own projects from design through launch across established and new products.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to define what to build and how to build it.
• Ship end-to-end features spanning databases, APIs, backend services, and user interfaces.
• Build backend services in Python and Go together with modern frontend experiences.
• Contribute to technical discussions and balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture.
• Maintain strong engineering practices through code review, test coverage, and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software at scale.
• Strong Python experience, or deep experience with another backend language and willingness to work with Python and Go.
• Strong JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework.
• Product-minded approach and ability to work through unclear problems in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Must work from the United States; office requirements vary by location.

Nice to have

• Django experience.
• AI or LLM product experience.
