Sr. Communication Specialist

Location: Irving, Texas; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. Required travel is approximately 5%.

Salary: $112,710.00–$169,060.00 per year.

What you will do

• Advise HR leaders and stakeholders on strategic communications initiatives.
• Translate complex information into clear communication strategies, messaging, and deliverables.
• Design and produce employee communications from concept through execution.
• Publish newsletters, manage editorial processes, and maintain internal websites and communication channels.
• Create and distribute internal communications content using varied tools and formats.
• Build relationships across HR and the wider business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of effective communication techniques, active listening, and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize resources, and execute projects methodically.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing and distributing employee communications, newsletters, and internal communication materials.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Irving, Texas.

Nice to have

• Human Resources experience.
• Technical acumen, including experience leveraging AI tools and technologies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience creating video and other multimedia content.
