Base pay: $171,000–$231,500 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, high-performing software for the Fintech Risk Platform using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Build AI-enhanced applications using GenAI concepts and frameworks.
• Implement risk analysis, compliance measures, and risk mitigation strategies across the fintech ecosystem.
• Develop statistical models, AI/ML solutions, risk data pipelines, and executive dashboards.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve platform efficiency and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with GenAI concepts and frameworks such as OpenAI, GPT-3/4, SageMaker, or Bedrock.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with fintech, payment systems, risk analytics, compliance strategies, data storytelling, and cross-functional delivery.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• Prior experience in risk and compliance domains within financial platforms.
