Event Operations Associate

What you will do

• Coordinate Discovery Days, including vendors, rooming lists, flights, attendee logistics, and communications.
• Execute hirify.global Fest, offsites, and other corporate events.
• Build relationships with hotels and vendors, negotiate room blocks and rates, and follow up on event details.
• Research vendors and present recommendations to the Events Manager.
• Create repeatable processes for room requests, travel budgets, and related event coordination.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or operations coordination.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple moving pieces.
• Proactive ownership and a builder mindset focused on improving processes.
• Clear communication skills with vendors, executives, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with hotel sales, room blocks, or corporate travel tools such as Navan.
• Experience building lightweight systems or automations.
• Background in wealth management, fintech, or professional services.
