Senior Associate, Investor Services (Financial Services)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada — hybrid

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Serve as the main contact for fund investors and managers through email and telephone correspondence.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions in line with offering documents and AML requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute investor statements, letters, and related documents.
• Prepare wire transfer instructions and confirm cash activity with banks, fund accounting, and fund management.
• Maintain accurate distribution information and follow department policies and procedures.
• Participate in system and process enhancements and perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in hedge fund or private equity fund administration and/or investor or shareholder services.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required. Overtime and coverage on Canadian holidays may be necessary.
