Associate Director, Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in New Brunswick, Titusville, and Horsham, United States

Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 per year

What you will do

• Develop compliance data, analytics, reporting, and visualization capabilities using Alteryx workflows and Tableau.
• Perform quantitative, qualitative, and text analytics to identify compliance opportunities and reduce risk.
• Design, test, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and intelligent agents that automate data preparation, monitor reporting, detect trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, business value, privacy, security, validation, transparency, auditability, and human oversight.
• Partner with business, technology, data, privacy, security, and compliance stakeholders to establish responsible AI governance and lifecycle monitoring.
• Lead or support strategic enterprise projects, program management, innovation initiatives, and team development.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Alteryx workflows, computerized systems, data analytics, reporting tools, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Undergraduate degree in data science, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience creating Tableau visualizations and using other data analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, work independently, respond to quick-turnaround requests, and deliver under pressure.
• Availability for the hybrid work arrangement in New Brunswick, Titusville, or Horsham.

Nice to have

• Experience applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent agents to reporting, workflow automation, risk identification, or decision support.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including data quality and lineage, privacy, security, validation, transparency, auditability, monitoring, and human oversight.
• At least 3 years of healthcare industry experience and knowledge of Quality or Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience delivering projects from inception through implementation and working with executive stakeholders.
