Executive Director Of Enrollment Management (Higher Education)

Location: Victoria, Texas, United States; standard office environment with travel, driving, and occasional evening or weekend work for recruitment events and institutional activities.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 annually, or commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational functions covering student recruitment, admissions processing, enrollment technology, and related enrollment operations.
• Evaluate the prospective student journey and enrollment processes to identify service gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Use recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and operational data to assess performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Lead policies, procedures, workflows, systems, and business practices for assigned Enrollment Management functions.
• Collaborate with university leadership, academic and administrative departments, System offices, and external stakeholders on enrollment initiatives.
• Oversee operational goals, performance measures, budgets, staffing resources, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of related experience in enrollment management, recruitment, admissions, or related higher education functions.
• Experience leading or supervising teams within enrollment management or a related functional area.
• Knowledge of strategic enrollment planning, admissions, recruitment, higher education practices, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze enrollment and operational data, manage multiple functional areas, resolve complex issues, and lead operational improvements.
• Strong organizational, project management, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an applicable field.
• Progressive leadership experience overseeing multiple enrollment-related functions.
