Site Activation Specialist, ICF Lead (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned studies and collaborate with investigative sites, Site Activation Managers, project management, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform feasibility assessments, site identification, study start-up, and site activation activities in line with regional regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, distribute, and track site documentation, including CDAs, SIFs, regulatory and ethics submissions, ICFs, and Investigator Packs.
• Maintain accurate study information in internal systems, databases, and tracking tools.
• Track project plans, timelines, milestones, site performance metrics, and contingency measures.
• Provide local regulatory and operational expertise and perform quality control reviews of documentation received from investigative sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of clinical research or relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong understanding of country-specific regulatory requirements within the applicable LATAM locations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
