Pharmacy Technician Certified I - Hospital Pharmacy - Per Diem

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; onsite inpatient hospital pharmacy role with varied day and early evening shifts, occasional second-shift coverage, and weekend coverage as needed.

What you will do

• Process and prepare patient-specific medications according to provider orders for pharmacist verification.
• Distribute prepared medications to health system locations.
• Maintain medication inventory in automated dispensing cabinets, including Omnicell systems.
• Coordinate telephone calls and electronic communications from nursing staff with appropriate pharmacy personnel.
• Perform monthly floor inspections in assigned areas.
• Provide operational support to pharmacists during assigned shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registration with the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy required.
• National and New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy certification required.
• One year of previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of New Hampshire drug laws preferred.
