Staff Pharmacist

Location: On-site in New Albany, Ohio, United States. Overnight 7-on, 7-off schedule.

Compensation: $1. The final range depends on experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.

What you will do

• Dispense medications and ensure accurate prescription interpretation, labeling, and product selection.
• Perform drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and other pharmacist duties.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel, including preparation, labeling, order entry, charges, and inspections.
• Maintain patient profiles and protect patient health information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Follow state and federal pharmacy regulations, FDA requirements, infection-control protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Support pharmacy meetings, quality initiatives, and a clean, sanitary work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of pharmacist experience.
• Active pharmacist license in the relevant state upon hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible overnight shifts on a 7-on, 7-off schedule.
• English proficiency in verbal and written communication, plus proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
