Signals Analyst (Signal Processing)

Location: Suitland, Maryland, United States; onsite support for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions in Maryland.

Salary: $195,000–$270,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze unidentified waveforms to determine signal parameters and modulation types.
• Apply novel analytic techniques and advanced signal-processing tradecraft.
• Document findings using standard database and reporting formats.
• Advise and train government sponsors on analytic tradecraft, best practices, and signal-processing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across agencies and services to improve understanding of new signals.
• Work with military, government, and contractor personnel in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 10 years of experience in signals analysis.
• Advanced training demonstrated through a college degree, certification, or advanced military training school.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to engage effectively with government stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• 15 or more years of relevant experience.
• Recent technical training, degree, or industry certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
