Senior Category Manager, Women's Woven UK/EU

Location: Based in a UK/EU office in London, Madrid, or Berlin; four days per week in-office required.

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 GBP base salary per year, depending on experience and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and assortment for the women's woven category across the UK and EU.
• Execute regional merchandising strategy, product launches, pricing decisions, and assortment optimization.
• Analyze sales, returns, margins, ratings, and reviews to improve trading performance and product quality.
• Partner with Product, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, Sourcing, Quality, and regional merchandising teams.
• Build site merchandising strategy, including product detail page improvements and customer journey optimization.
• Manage product catalogue data, regional samples, merchandising assets, reports, trackers, pricing files, and compliance execution.

Requirements

• Based in London, Madrid, or Berlin with four days per week in-office.
• 8–10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in womenswear, including specific women's woven experience and ownership of category performance.
• E-commerce and/or direct-to-consumer experience, with strong product awareness and commercial judgment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using sales, margin, return-rate, and other data to guide trading and merchandising decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, or related teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, influencing, adaptability, and problem-solving skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
