Senior Director, MN Operations (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, with responsibility for the Bloomington, Minnesota manufacturing site. The operations run on a 24x5 schedule, with plans to ramp to 24/7.

Salary: $220,000–$280,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Lead safe, compliant, and operationally mature manufacturing operations across the Chaska and Bloomington sites.
• Own safety, quality, cost, delivery, product yield, and customer performance for Fluid Handling manufacturing.
• Direct site planning, scheduling, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, quality, inventory control, and distribution activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams addressing customer supply and quality issues while driving sustainable process improvements.
• Guide new product transitions from engineering through product scale-up and high-volume manufacturing.
• Develop operations leaders, shift supervisors, and team leads through continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; an advanced degree in Business or Management is preferred.
• 10+ years of plant manufacturing or operations experience with a record of achievement.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly semiconductor or pharmaceutical industries, is preferred.
• Experience with New Product Introduction, product scale-up, and commercialization is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in safety, quality, on-time delivery, financial performance, plant budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to work flexibly with production-floor employees, including night and weekend shifts.
