Co-op, Financial Planning & Analysis (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Acton, Massachusetts, United States. Position dates: January 11, 2027–June 30, 2027. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-based visa sponsorship.

Annual base salary: $25.00–$34.00. The role may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities within financial planning and analysis.
• Assist with month-end close, including accruals, prepaids, and expense tracking.
• Help operationalize the SAC system for forecasting and reporting in commercial finance.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and support commercial finance activities.
• Analyze financial questions using regression and trend analysis, solve problems, and partner with the business.
• Participate in finance projects and develop methods to improve metrics and processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance or accounting.
• At least two years of completed college coursework.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as a team member.
• U.S. work authorization is required without current or future sponsorship needs.
