  • Proficiency with 3D CAD tools, with SolidWorks preferred.
  • Experience creating engineering drawings and fabrication documentation.
  • Familiarity with stress analysis, tolerance stack-up, and kinematic analysis, plus hands-on hardware build, integration, and testing.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR.

Nice to have

  • Experience with precision mechanisms, actuators, or motor-driven assemblies.
  • Familiarity with spacecraft environmental requirements including thermal, vacuum, vibration, and radiation.
  • Knowledge of materials selection and surface treatment for space applications.
  • Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS or NASTRAN and familiarity with GD&T.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or similarly dynamic environment.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hybrid work environment with required on-site hardware activities.
  • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA/HRA options.
  • Flexible time off or accrued PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and sick leave.
