Pricing Analyst

What you will do

• Execute scheduled price increases across CPQ, billing and quoting systems, including configuration, validation and customer messaging mechanics.
• Manage programme milestones, pricing waves and carve-outs while identifying execution risks, blockers and system constraints.
• Run monthly price-increase reconciliation and renewal-cohort reporting, investigating variances, data-quality issues and population mismatches.
• Map pricing, renewal and churn data flows across CRM, quoting and billing systems, and document processes, sources and data lineage.
• Produce pricing analytics covering price realisation, indexation, discounting and average selling price, and support dashboards, forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Maintain price structures, price lists, pricing controls and documentation across the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience with pricing analytics, reconciliation, reporting or revenue operations.
• Ability to work with CRM, CPQ, quoting, billing and business systems data.
• Strong analytical and data-quality investigation skills, with the ability to trace reported figures to source systems.
• Experience documenting processes, data flows and testable requirements, and validating reporting changes.
• Ability to collaborate with Pricing, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Retentions and Renewals, and Business Systems teams.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Lisbon, Portugal.
