Deal Intelligence Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Build executive dashboards and self-service reporting for deal terms, discount thresholds, win/loss rates, and margin performance.
• Develop ELT/ETL pipelines that extract and clean data from Salesforce, CPQ, billing systems, and other APIs.
• Design analytical data models for margins, discount rates, ARR, NRR, and SaaS business analysis.
• Integrate structured deal data into AI workflows to automate approvals and surface real-time pricing optimizations.
• Partner with Finance, Infrastructure, and Deal Desk leadership on pricing and margin analysis.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or technical RevOps.
• Expert-level SQL and strong proficiency with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Power BI.
• Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills, including ELT/ETL pipelines, API integrations, and raw data cleaning.
• Experience incorporating data into AI workflows, using LLM orchestration frameworks, or building predictive models.
• Experience with CRM data structures, especially Salesforce custom objects, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Strategy teams at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with Airflow, other data orchestration tools, Google Cloud Platform, or analytics databases.
• Interest in hirify.global Workers, R2, D1, edge computing, and serverless architectures.
