Focus on designing clinical education plans, supporting site readiness, translating complex science into actionable content, and using healthcare-provider feedback to shape field strategy.

Location: Field-based territory covering Southern Nevada and Southern California; candidates must reside within the territory and travel up to 70%, including overnight travel.

Salary: USD 110,000–145,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Serve as the clinical, on-label subject matter expert for UNLOXCYT (cosibelimab), including its mechanism of action, administration protocol, safety profile, and clinical benefits.
  • Train infusion center nurses, pharmacists, advanced practice providers, and other care-team members on product handling, infusion techniques, adverse-event management, drug interactions, and patient navigation.
  • Assess educational needs, onboard new prescribers and sites of care, and support infusion-site readiness.
  • Work with commercial and medical stakeholders on account planning, field execution, internal training materials, and clinical education.
  • Represent the program at industry meetings and engage compliantly with patient advocacy organizations.
  • Use analytics, healthcare-provider feedback, and engagement evaluations to develop and refine clinical education plans.

Requirements

  • Active RN license required.
  • BSN required; MSN, NP, APRN, DNP, or another advanced nursing degree is strongly encouraged.
  • At least 5 years of clinical oncology or immunology nursing experience, with hospital or clinic experience; infusion experience is strongly preferred.
  • Two or more years of field-based nurse educator or commercial educator experience is preferred.
  • Experience with oncology biologics, immunotherapies, or buy-and-bill products is strongly preferred.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory, be able to drive, hold a valid driver's license, and comply with healthcare-facility credentialing and vaccination requirements.

Nice to have

  • OCN, AOCN, or AOCNP certification, or willingness to complete certification within 18 months of employment.
  • Experience and established relationships with healthcare providers in the assigned geography.
  • Familiarity with PhRMA and Sunshine Act reporting requirements.
