Sr. Cell Therapy Clinical Educator (Gulf Coast)

Location: Remote, with residence near the Houston or New Orleans metropolitan areas; field-based coverage across Louisiana and Texas. Travel required approximately 75% of the time.

Base pay: $168,372–$220,988 USD annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and/or equity.

What you will do

• Deliver peer-to-peer education through one-to-one meetings, group presentations, virtual programs, in-services, and professional society events.
• Educate advanced practice providers and nurses on cell therapy products, administration, adverse-event identification, and management using approved materials and guidelines.
• Engage and enroll healthcare practices and facilities in educational programs while assessing their training needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional partners on account planning, regional initiatives, and educational projects.
• Build relationships with nurse opinion leaders and monitor account trends to adapt education plans.
• Represent hirify.global at local and national conventions and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a health science field, such as RN, NP, or PA; advanced degrees are also considered.
• At least 10 years of nursing experience or 5 years of oncology experience.
• Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy or bone marrow transplant if there is no previous in-house industry experience.
• Experience with multiple myeloma, previous in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience, and involvement in the Oncology Nursing Society.
• Strong clinical, communication, presentation, collaboration, customer engagement, and business skills, including the ability to work in technically complex and ambiguous environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 75% of the time are required.
