Product Manager, Mobile Bolters (Mining Equipment)

What you will do

• Create the integrated global mobile bolter strategy and master product plan with regional and global teams.
• Own product-line P&L performance, including sales and gross margin, in collaboration with regional general managers.
• Support tenders, customer presentations, technical and commercial proposals, and original equipment contract execution.
• Lead market analysis, competitive comparisons, product positioning, pricing, lifecycle planning, and product support strategy.
• Coordinate product marketing, launches, sales training, technical liaison, and customer-facing product presentations.
• Develop market intelligence and performance analytics to guide product decisions and new product releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or sales and marketing of customized underground mining equipment.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning ability, global mindset, and hands-on execution skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization and make decisions in complex and uncertain environments.
• Experience with Mobile Bolters is advantageous.
