Senior Product Manager - GenAI

Location: Remote within Australia and New Zealand

What you will do

• Own a defined product area within hirify.global’s GenAI strategy, taking initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Research customer problems and identify where generative AI can improve creative workflows.
• Experiment with emerging models, use AI for prototyping, and evaluate practical model capabilities.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to build high-quality experiences while balancing creative quality, performance, reliability, scale, and cost.
• Define success measures, analyze product usage, and improve products based on evidence.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex customer-facing product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong practical fluency in generative AI and generative media, including models, APIs, and emerging capabilities.
• Ability to use AI to prototype, explore, and test product ideas.
• Understanding of creative professionals and the difference between impressive AI demonstrations and useful professional creative tools.
• Ability to turn customer, technical, and commercial information into clear priorities and product decisions.
• Clear communication, alignment-building, autonomy, and comfort navigating ambiguity and trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or AI.
• Experience with creative products or tools.
