Simulator Technician I (Aerospace)

Location: Guarulhos, Brazil; on-site technical work is required

What you will do

• Perform routine technical tasks and preventive maintenance on flight simulators and associated systems.
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving simulator issues using electronic test equipment and technical documentation.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight activities, basic visual alignments, and automatic Qualification Test Guide testing.
• Support simulator refurbishment, hardware modifications, parts logistics, repair coordination, testing, and validation.
• Document maintenance activities in maintenance management systems and comply with quality procedures.
• Provide customer support, maintain simulator readiness, complete administrative tasks, and support the Technical Services team.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 2-year technical diploma in Electronics, Avionics, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, logic analyzers, soldering, and circuit board repair.
• Fluency in English; basic computer proficiency and knowledge of analog and digital electronics are required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting flight simulators or simulation systems.
• Experience in maintenance, electronics, avionics, aerospace, or technical services.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Experience supporting customer-facing technical operations.
