Logistic Leader

Location: Anápolis, Goiás, Brazil, based at Anápolis Air Force Base (BAAN); availability to work in Anápolis and undertake occasional domestic and international travel

What you will do

• Coordinate the receiving, storage, handling, shipping, and transportation of materials.
• Monitor import and export operations and maintain related logistics documentation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct stock checks, and maintain reliable ERP records.
• Lead and develop the logistics team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Liaise with customers, the Brazilian Air Force, suppliers, and international teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and direct people-management experience.
• Experience in transportation operations, materials management, and warehousing.
• Practical knowledge of import and export processes and documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
• Experience using ERP systems for logistics operations.
• Advanced English required for communication with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience handling high-value or oversized materials and equipment.
• Experience in industrial, mechanical, or electromechanical environments.
• Experience working at customer facilities and liaising with international teams.
