People Analytics Data Engineering Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement ELT pipelines that integrate enterprise data sources into a centralized cloud data warehouse.
• Support historical data retention, automated lifecycle management, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate and remediate data integrity issues, including calculation discrepancies and inconsistent records.
• Expand the semantic data layer for an internal AI-powered analytics platform while protecting sensitive personal information.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Engineering to translate business requirements into reliable data solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and an understanding of data modeling principles.
• Strong interest in data governance, information privacy, and responsible AI deployment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues methodically.
• Working knowledge of Python and cloud-based data warehouse platforms such as BigQuery is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
