O2I Credit Assurance Specialist (limited full-time)

Location: Hybrid role in Prague, Czech Republic; 40 hours per week; 12-month limited position with possible prolongation.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end billing cycle across business lines and administer SAP contracts, quotes, and related documentation.
• Review and process credit creation requests, validating master data, financial information, contracts, and required approvals.
• Coordinate with Revenue Recognition, Sales, Cash Collections, and IT to resolve issues and complete requests on time.
• Lead month-end closing activities, execute SOX controls, and support revenue assurance and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and define solutions, business requirements, and end-to-end process documentation.
• Share process knowledge and best practices with the Center of Expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in O2I, order management, credit management, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a shared service center.
• Experience with end-to-end O2I processes, billing cycle management, order booking, month-end closing, ERP systems, SOX controls, and process improvement.
• Advanced English skills for written and spoken communication with international stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests within established timelines.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills.
