Graduate Finance Operations, Prague

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to finance projects.
• Assist with finance operations across hirify.global entities and projects.
• Run reports and support daily operational activities.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues and other hirify.global teams.
• Complete training on finance processes, tools, and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Reasonable understanding of finance and accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Accuracy and reliability when working with figures.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across culturally diverse teams.
